Your User ID is a unique identifier our support team uses to look up your account. It is not your username and you do not need to be logged in to find it.

On the Galatea app
- Open the Galatea app and tap the More tab in the bottom right corner.
- Scroll down to the Support section.
- Tap Copy My User Info.
- Your User ID will be copied.
- Just paste it into your message to our support team.
On the Galatea website
- Go to galatea.com and sign in to your account.
- Tap or click the My Profile button.
- Take a screenshot of your profile page and send it to our support team.
