You may have noticed a notification in your app that says your reading progress will reset when your subscription ends. If your subscription recently expired, and your progress looks different—don’t worry, we can explain what’s going on and how to get things back on track.
What’s happening?
When your subscription ends, your reading progress resets to the state it was in before you purchased your subscription. This means that any chapters or books you unlocked during your subscription will no longer be accessible unless you subscribe again.
Why did you make this change?
This change is part of our effort to better serve our author community. By restoring access only to the content you had prior to subscribing, we’re able to ensure fair distribution and support for the creators behind the stories you love.
How Do I Get My Subscription Back?
Getting back to your full progress is quick and easy:
- Open the app and tap on the Points tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the Buy Points button at the top of the page.
- From there, you can renew your subscription and continue right where you left off.
