We're sorry your subscription isn't working!
To troubleshoot your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Uninstall and reinstall the Galatea app
- Ensure you are signed into your account
- Go to the "Get Points" page
- Tap on "Restore Purchases"
Note: If you have a subscription that was purchased through Stripe, instead of "Restore Purchases" you should click on "Restore Subscription."
If your subscription benefits still aren't working, please reach out to our support team through our contact form through the link in the upper right of this page.
When you contact us, make sure you include a screenshot of what happens when you tap on "Restore Purchases" and a screenshot of any other errors or purchase confirmations that may help us investigate the issue.
