We have an in-app password reset system for resetting passwords.
If you see the "Forgot password" as shown in the below image, simply tap the button and put in the e-mail address linked to your Galatea account.
This will send you a password reset link e-mail. Those reset links are limited to 1 hour and will give an error after that hour is up. If you miss the time limit, you can request another using the same process.
Please be aware that sometimes those e-mails go to your spam/junk folder. If it doesn't come through, please add email@example.com to your email provider's contacts (not your phone contacts) to allow that email to arrive.
