If your points or progress disappeared, you might not be signed in properly to your account.
Please check first to make sure you are signed in. You can check this on the "More" tab of the app. If the bottom of the page shows a username, you're signed in!
We will not be able to help you with missing information if you are not signed in. If you need to know more about signing in, check out: How can I log-in?
If you are logged in and still don't have your progress, please reach out to us using the "Submit a Request" button above! We will gladly help you restore your missing progress.
