Often, missing points can be solved easily by just restarting your phone or uninstalling and reinstalling your app. Doing those actions causes the app to request information from your appstore again and update the purchase information.

Please include the following information so we can help you as quickly as possible:
- A screenshot of your purchase confirmation from the App Store or Google Play showing that you made a purchase on Galatea.*
- The size of the package you purchased
- Your user ID (instructions here: User ID)
Once we have information, we will get your points added ASAP!
