We're so sorry that you haven't received your points purchase!
First, please make sure that your app is updated to at least Galatea version 10.0
Then, please go to the More tab of the app, and hit "Restore Purchases." This should re-sync your account to our system and get points added for any payments processed by your app store.
If the points still don't show, please contact our customer support team! To do so, tap "Submit a request" at the top right corner of this page.
Please include the following information so we can help you as quickly as possible:
- A screenshot of your purchase confirmation from the App Store or Google Play, or your email for our web purchases showing that you made a purchase on Galatea.*
- The size of the package you purchased
- Your user ID (instructions here: User ID)
Once we have information, we will get your points added ASAP!
