If your app is crashing, or giving you error messages on startup, the following steps can help make sure your app has all of the latest bug fixes:
- Uninstall your app
- Restart your device
- Reinstall your app
Don't worry - your progress & points will all still be there when you re-install!
If those steps don't get the app to open properly, please try launching your app while in airplane mode with no internet connection. For some app launching issues, that can help!
