Why am I not seeing my monthly subscription?
It could be that you haven’t signed into the same account that you purchased your subscription with.
Please make sure you sign into the Galatea app with the same email address you used to purchase your subscription on the website.
What does a bi-annual subscription billed monthly mean?
A bi-annual plan billed monthly means that you committed to the subscription for the entire 2-year period, but the bill is paid on a month-by-month basis.
Your subscription began as soon as your initial payment was processed. Your subscription will automatically renew after the 2-year commitment period unless you cancel before then. Galatea will also automatically charge your payment method every month until the end of the subscription duration, even if your subscription is set up to not auto-renew at the end of the 2-year period.
Once you have completed the initial commitment period, your subscription will become a standard monthly subscription.
You can cancel any time after your commitment period, and instead of being committed for an additional period, your subscription will end at the end of the monthly billing cycle.
For example: If you are billed on the 22nd of each month, and you cancel after your 2-year commitment period, your subscription will end on the 22nd of the following month, and you will not be billed any further.
When am I billed for this subscription?
Payment will be charged on the day of your initial subscription each month.
For example: if you subscribed on Jan 22, you will be billed on the 22nd of each month.
How do I manage/view my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from galatea.com
Once you log into your Galatea account using the email address associated with your subscription, the login button at the top will be updated to “Your Profile”.
After clicking “Your Profile,” you will be directed to account details, and there will be an unsubscribe button.
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically end at the end of your commitment period – you will still be charged monthly until the end of your 2-year commitment.

Yes, your monthly subscription will automatically renew on the same day that you originally purchased your subscription 2 years later unless the subscription is canceled.
For Example: If you purchased your subscription on January 22nd, 2022, then your subscription would auto-renew on January 22nd, 2024, as a regular monthly subscription with no commitment period.
You can cancel any time after your commitment period, and instead of being committed for an additional period, your subscription will end at the end of the monthly billing cycle.
